Science and Innovation Park

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ–Tus Science and Innovation Park (SIP) was established in December 2018 as a collaboration between Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ) and China’s TusPark Holdings, the world’s largest university-affiliated science park. SIP is the first university-linked science and innovation park in Egypt, with a primary mission to enhance community prosperity by fostering a culture of innovation and competitiveness within associated enterprises and knowledge-based institutions.

The Park supports and promotes technological development through research, knowledge exchange, and the creation of opportunities that drive entrepreneurship and attract technology-focused companies. Strategically located in El-Shorouk City, SIP is a purpose-built facility offering over 20,000 m² of high-quality office space and tailored business support services for science and technology-driven enterprises.

Situated on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ campus, the Park provides a collaborative environment that stimulates innovation, supports growth, and connects academia with industry. It is fitted with advanced machinery, including a Laser Cutter, Wood Router, PCB Milling Machine, Filament 3D Printer (FDM), and Resin 3D Printer (SLA), providing entrepreneurs and innovators with the tools needed to turn concepts into functional prototypes.

Incubation and Acceleration Programs:
