Strategy
The strategy of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ is driven by the transformation agenda endorsed by the Board of Trustees in December 2020. This strategy builds upon the reflection of the values of our founder, renowned industrialist Mr Mohamed Farid Khamis, and our understanding of our role in society. The strategy, with our supporting infrastructure of world-class facilities, aims to leverage our core strengths of interdisciplinary learning, and an engaging and transformative student life. All this is fostered within a culture of dissent.
Our Purpose is to become a leading student-centred University that educates students for citizenship with a global perspective and for active participation in society, in a research-active environment.
Our Priorities
- To develop lifelong learners and well-rounded citizens equipped with exceptional knowledge, skills, and abilities, through a dynamic applied research environment with student-centricity at its core.
- To support the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through expanded partnerships and a strong commitment to internationalisation.
- To become a key partner in the implementation of Egypt’s Vision 2030 through sustained and well-managed growth across all faculties.
Our Enablers are:
- People: To empower our people to achieve our core goals through effective governance and a strong organisational culture.
- Places: To foster an immersive and engaging campus experience that supports lifelong learning and personal growth.
- Systems: To maintain operational excellence and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
