Office of Postgraduate Studies

In line with Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ’s mission “to provide a British-style education of the highest quality, producing graduates who contribute to and stimulate industry, public services, and commercial activities in Egypt, the Middle East, and beyond,” the University has committed itself to transforming into a first-class, research-led institution. This transformation is being driven by the establishment of specialised research centres and the recruitment of internationally recognised and highly capable academic staff. In addition, the development of postgraduate programmes has become a central pillar of the University’s strategic growth.

Following the graduation of the first undergraduate cohorts from the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science in 2009 and the Faculty of Engineering in 2010, both faculties have launched postgraduate programmes offering Master’s degrees in four advanced technology disciplines, supporting fields such as energy, materials science, and web technologies. Furthermore, the joint Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ–London South Bank University (LSBU) PhD programme was established to support assistant lecturers (MSc holders) in pursuing doctoral studies through a joint supervision model, as part-time students at LSBU.
