The Role of Scientific Research in Preventing Violence Against Women
On November 26th, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities had the privilege of hosting a seminar in collaboration with the National Council of Women, focusing on the critical role that scientific research plays in preventing violence against women. The event was a rich experience that brought together experts and participants for a day of insightful discussions and presentations.
The seminar featured esteemed keynote speakers who shared their expertise and research findings on various aspects of violence prevention. Panel discussions, encompassing fields such as psychology, sociology, medicine, and law, provided a multidisciplinary perspective on the challenges and solutions related to preventing violence against women. Attendees also had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, interacting with speakers and sharing their insights.
