COP30 Simulation- Capacity Building Programme
The Capacity Building Programme, as the first phase of the COP30 Simulation, combines academic content with hands-on experience. It covers the history and evolution of climate diplomacy, key international agreements, and major policy themes.
The Programme also emphasizes negotiation techniques, youth engagement, the role of non-state actors, and the technical and scientific dimensions of climate action and policy-making.
By the end of the Capacity Building Programme, participants will be able to:
