Job Purpose

The Student Affairs Specialist is responsible for supporting enrolled students in managing administrative processes related to student documents and records. The role involves coordination with faculties and professional departments.

 

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with admissions, finance, and all related parties to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for students.

- Responsible for the technical administrative process and services.

- Providing the concerned academic and administrative staff with information related to the students they need.

- Support registration activities, including the creation and distribution of induction groups and the allocation of personal tutors.

- Communicate with newly admitted students, including the preparation and dispatch of induction invitations.

- Monitor and ensure the completion of Arabic and Religion examinations for enrolled students required for graduation.

- Oversee the military conscription documentation process for graduating students, ensuring compliance with national requirements.

- Following up on the students for graduation and completing the technical administrative necessary procedures for graduation.

- Manage documentation and eligibility criteria for students receiving university scholarships (e.g., those from border governorates).

- Track the progress of scholarship recipients and report outcomes.

- Finalizing the procedures of registration of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ graduates in the Egyptian Syndicates.

- Generate regular reports on trends, analyse data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Performing any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the line manager.

 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline.

 

Experience

2 to 4 years of experience in student affairs, enrollment services, or higher education administration.

 

Technical Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to communicate and present effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people at all levels.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
