HR Data Analyst- HR Department

Job Purpose

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes, improving workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

 

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain workday reporting including standard, custom, composite, and matrix reports and dashboards.

- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Present findings to Top Management in clear, actionable formats.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness).

- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in data management and reporting.

- Act as a primary focal point for HRIS system requests.

- Organize and standardize Workday reporting deliverables to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Workday reports.

- Conduct reporting audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Essential

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science or a similar field of study required.

- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
