HR Business Partner- Human Resources Department

Job Purpose

Acts as the liaison between Human Resources and all staff members, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Supporting daily Human Resources activities.

 

Job Responsibilities

- Act as HR liaison for staff inquiries across the university, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex cases to the direct manager.

- Support line managers during performance appraisal cycles.

- Collaborate with recruitment on workforce planning data.

- Support effective onboarding of new hires and effective integration

- Provide data-driven analysis to improve performance, staff experience, and retention.

- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies

- Administer end-to-end medical approvals cycle with the medical insurance provider.

- Build the medical database sent by the direct medical supervisor and update it daily.

- Support and guide employees on claims reimbursement submission.

- Enhance the current HR processes with best practices.

- Draft and issue contracts, employment/experience letters, and provide data for internal or external requests.

- Assist with processing payroll, align with tax and social-insurance rules, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping and benefits data.

- Track attendance, leaves, and overtime.

- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience
Desired:

- 2–3 years in HR generalist or specialist role preferably if some exposure to HRBP tasks.

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS and comfortable working with HR data analytics.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor law and regulatory compliance in Egypt.
