The President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, H.E. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, has issued a presidential decree appointing President Loutfi to the Senate. This appointment reflects the nation’s recognition of his distinguished academic and leadership record, his dedication to linking higher education with the needs of society, and his active role in advancing Egypt’s position as a regional and global hub for education, innovation, and sustainable development.
